AWOL Sport Performance offers an intensive 4-week Summer Sports Performance Academy designed to elevate athletes' skills, strength, and overall performance. Meeting twice a week, our program focuses on personalized training regimens, cutting-edge techniques, and expert coaching to ensure each athlete reaches their peak potential. Specializing in sports like volleyball, basketball, and football, participants will engage in dynamic workouts, sport-specific drills, and comprehensive performance assessments in a supportive and motivating environment. Ideal for athletes looking to gain a competitive edge, our academy provides the tools and knowledge necessary for success in their respective sports. THIS ACADEMY WILL HELP ATHLETES INCREASE PERFORMANCE ON THE COURT BY FOCUSING ON THE FOLLOWING KEY AREAS:

  • Proper Jump Mechanics: Learn the techniques to optimize your jump, ensuring maximum height and safety.
  • Strength Training: Understand and practice the proper form and techniques for lifting weights, crucial for building the muscle strength needed for powerful and explosive movements.
  • Vertical Jump Improvement: Engage in specialized exercises and drills to increase your vertical jump, giving you a competitive edge in your game.
